For all lovers of nature, in added, there are wonderful nature reserves.  The main ones are the Tuscan archipelago National Park with its seven islands, the Maremma Natural Park, which extends 25 km between intense scents of herbs, colorful berries and evocative reminders of animals and the Diaccia Botrona which is situated between Castiglione della Pescaia and Grosseto, it is also recognized for its particular rich ecosystem. Smells and flavours of the Maremma cuisine takes us back several years,  to the roots of the local wine and food tradition, linked to the land and simplicity. Among the typical dishes, served strictly with the oil came from the silvery olive groves overlooking the sea, there are: the acquacotta, a rustic soup with onion and herbs; the ricotta tortelli  and ricotta; wild boar alla cacciatora; the buglione of lamb; a wide range of cheeses and cold cuts.
