Terms & Conditions

• Our property is also suitable for children. They are considered as such until the age of 14,99.
• Children under 3 years stay free of charge with an accompanying adult.
• Our 4-legged friends up to 25 kg are welcome for an additional charge of € 25.00 per day.
• Check-in is at 3 pm
• Check-out time is 11 am
• Early check-in can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to hotel availability. For late check-out until 6 pm, a surcharge of 50% of the daily room rate will be applied.
• The hotel has luggage storage for guests' use.
• The hotel has free, unsupervised outdoor parking.
• Rates include an overnight stay, buffet/continental breakfast, access to the swimming pool, gym, Miniclub (July/Mid-September) and shuttle service to and from the Beach Club until 7 pm. 
• The gym, tennis court and five-a-side football pitch, which are unsupervised, must be used diligently by our guests. The only recommendation: don't get too distracted looking at the sea or you risk missing the game! The hotel would not be responsible in that case.
• Cheques or bank transfers are not accepted as a form of payment on departure.
• To be accepted, transfers must be able to be verified within 7 days of departure.
• In case of early departure, the entire stay as planned will be charged. This amount can be used for a future stay no later than the end of the current season.

Beach service (from June to September) with 1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 2 sun beds, 1 beach towel per person. Service included on the day of arrival and not on the day of departure. If you wish the beach service as well for the departure day, the additional rate is €115,00.
